A day to hit restart on yourself. Take time to nurture your own wellbeing with a day of self care practices, and leave feeling refreshed, and renewed, with new tools to add to your self care kit..

We will start the day at 9.30 with an energising yoga practice, followed by tea & cake. We then explore a variety of mindfulness practices.

​

After a delicious vegan lunch we will head to the beach (weather permitting) for a gentle walk. We end the day with a beautiful, nurturing yoga practice, sure to leave you so relaxed, you float back home.

There is a new pricing system now being used, with three price options. Sponsor: this is for those who might otherwise struggle to be there, at £38. Day price: this option is the standard price, £45. Patron: for those wanting to support others in accessing these services, £52. Learn more about where your money goes here. This tiered pricing system has been enrolled in order to make Salt & Light Retreat more accessible, and to enable those who want to offer more support to the business possible. (All prices above subject to booking fee). 

Refunds are available for up to two weeks prior to the event.

Both yoga practices are suitable for all abilities, if you have any injuries or concerns please feel welcome to get in touch before booking onto the day. Please get in touch with any additional dietary requirements.
