Monday: 6-7pm Hatha
A playful approach to a traditional practice: a practice encompassing breath work, movement andstillness to help you come back to a place of relaxation. Suitable for all abilities.
A more dynamic session that will challenge you in creative ways; whilst offering various options to make the class accessible to all abilities including beginners. This practice will help you to get out of your head and into your body.
Friday:10-11am Gentle Yoga for All
A slower paced class designed to give you the time and space to feel and explore. This is very suitable for all abilities, particularly beginners or those with injuries or ailments.
