A day of connection. Reconnect to nature and yourself with yoga, mindfulness, and a whittling workshop.

We will start the day at 9.30 with an energising yoga practice, followed by tea & cake. We will then  enjoy a short walk to the beach (weather permitting).

After a delicious vegan lunch we will be joined by local woodcrafter, Paul Thornton. A skilled whittler and a fantastic teacher, Paul will lead us through a spoon-carving workshop. There are five spaces available with Paul, then there will be the opportunity to

There is a new pricing system now being used, with three price options. Sponsor: this is for those who might otherwise struggle to be there, at £52. Day price: this option is the standard price, £60. Patron: for those wanting to support others in accessing these services £68. Learn more about where your money goes here. This tiered pricing system has been enrolled in order to make Salt & Light Retreat more accessible, and to enable those who want to offer more support to the business possible. (All prices above subject to +£1.50 booking fee). Refunds are available for up to two weeks prior to the event.

The yoga practice is suitable for all abilities, if you have any injuries or concerns please feel welcome to get in touch before booking onto the day. Please get in touch with any additional dietary requirements.
